3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vedalife, you agree to:

• Not rely solely on Vedalife's recommendations for managing any medical condition
• Continue working with your licensed healthcare providers for all medical care
• Use the Service for wellness and educational purposes only
• Provide accurate information to receive appropriate meal plan recommendations
• Understand that AI-generated recommendations have limitations and require human judgment

4. AI Limitations and Human Oversight

Vedalife uses artificial intelligence ("Ginger") to generate personalized meal plans and recommendations. You acknowledge and understand that:

• AI systems have inherent limitations and may occasionally produce errors or inappropriate recommendations
• AI-generated content should be reviewed by you and, when appropriate, by your healthcare providers
• The Service provides general wellness guidance based on nutritional principles, not individualized medical nutrition therapy
• You should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before implementing any recommendations

5. Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Care

Vedalife is designed to complement, not replace, professional medical care. You should never:

• Delay seeking medical advice because of information provided by Vedalife
• Disregard professional medical advice based on Vedalife recommendations
• Stop taking prescribed medications or change your treatment plan without consulting your physician
• Use Vedalife as a diagnostic tool or for emergency medical situations

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VEDALIFE INC., its founders, team members, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

You use the Service at your own risk and agree to hold Vedalife harmless for any health-related outcomes.

All content, features, and functionality of Vedalife, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of VEDALIFE INC. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your personalized meal plans are provided for your personal use only and should not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of Vedalife is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your health information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and you acknowledge the inherent security risks of online services.

9. Termination
